Sanford Tracy Medical Center Foundation is a committed entity of our organization. Its members work to continue its success.

After providing for family and friends, many caring people remember their church, school and hospital which they have been involved. They experience a wonderful feeling that comes from extending one’s life in a manner that will carry on and expand those programs that are of service to others.

Whether you are drafting your Will for the first time or amending your Will by codicil, you should seek the advice of an attorney. You can then be assured that all of the formalities of probate are being complied with while obtaining the most favorable tax considerations.

Before going to an attorney, make some notes of questions you would like to ask; list property you own, certificates and investments, and items you may wish to include in your Will.

Above all, start doing something now. Most people who die without a Will do not do so intentionally…they just never got around to it.
